Warranty

For all new catalogue items purchased from 1 January 2024 onwards and the associated accessories from the construction site equipment catalogue, the warranty for products without direct/indirect drive (hydraulic, electric, combustion engine, pneumatic) and without gas struts is 5 years, excluding wearable parts.

For all other new catalogue items purchased from 1 January 2024 onwards and the associated accessories from the construction site equipment catalogue, the warranty is 12 months. This can be extended to 18 months by registering at www.probst-service.com, excluding wearing parts.

For all other newly purchased catalogue items and the associated accessories from the Internal Handling and Truck Attachments section, the warranty is 12 months, excluding wearable parts, and cannot be extended.

In general, all customer-specific items, all non-catalogue items, spare parts, private labels and the basicline range and associated accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty, with the exception of wearable parts, which cannot be extended.

The warranty period for used items is 6 months, with the exception of wearable parts.

Rubber bars used as gripping elements are wear articles and are not subject to the guarantee. Faults by incorrect assembly or initial start-up, unsuitable or inappropriate use or changes or repairs by the Purchaser or third persons, natural wear, incorrect or careless treatment, excessive strain, unsuitable methods of operation, exchange materials, chemical, electro-chemical or electric influences expels every guarantee, provided that they are not to be led back on a fault of the Vendor. Further rights, particularly claims to substitute of the losses which have not appeared in the subject of delivery themselves, are expelled.
