Probst MULTIMOBIL MM wins ergonomics award

The winner of the category "Innovative Ergonomics" is the fully electrically driven laying carriage MULTIMOBIL MM with the ergonomic operating unit BE-ERGOSPRINT.

The independent jury of the Ergonomie-Kompetenz-Netzwerk e.V. (Ergonomics Competence Network) honors outstanding product developments that use innovative concepts to ergonomically improve difficult and physically stressful working conditions. The prestigious prize is being awarded for the seventh time. The Ergonomie-Kompetenz-Netzwerk e.V. promotes the exchange of ergonomics know-how among its members and considers itself to be the bridge between science and practice.

In the category "Innovative Ergonomics" the MULTIMOBIL MM with the BE-ERGOSPRINT convinced the competent jury. The new MULTIMOBIL MM is a universal and multifunctional product solution for gardeners and landscapers. Landscapers face this challenge every day: Especially in private gardens, narrow garden paths and doorways make it difficult to bring necessary materials and equipment to their destination. In the past, only manual labor could help. Thanks to its reduced vehicle width and height, the compact all-rounder can transport bulk materials and equipment to places no other vehicle can reach. On site, the MULTIMOBIL MM can then be equipped with a wide variety of attachments to work ergonomically even in areas that are difficult to access.

The BE-ERGOSPRINT is a matching ergonomic vacuum operating unit for laying concrete elements and slabs. Attached to the height-adjustable articulated boom of the MULTIMOBIL MM, the operator can lay in an upright position, 360° around the machine. The vacuum technology enables effortless work, even with heavy materials.

The award ceremony took place during a two-day congress at the Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen, Germany. On behalf of the employees of Probst GmbH, Managing Director Eric Wilhelm and Sales Director Holger Merholz accepted the award.
