Fully electric paver laying machine
Six hours without recharging. Whilst employees on the construction site have to take a lunch break, the world's first fully electric paver and slab-laying machine from Probst could theoretically work through. Its lithium-ion batteries are designed for endurance. If the VM 301-Greenline is also given a lunch break with a short intermediate charge, it can even operate for up to eight hours, i.e. until the end of the working day. Optionally, the range can be increased with a third battery..
The battery technology has advantages for the operator of the machine: it runs very quietly, thus enabling long, fatigue-free working. All attachments of this fully electric carrier are reliably supplied with an output of 5 kW via the working hydraulics. The proven operating concept with steering wheel and joystick control has been adopted. The clearly arranged controls and the good working view of attachments such as the laying clamp, which can pick up and move a complete paving stone layer, are also as comfortable as ever.
Fully electric vacuum attachment
The SH-2500-Greenline vacuum attachment from Probst also demonstrates endurance and power. Non-porous concrete and natural stone elements up to 2500 kg can be moved comfortably and safely with a load carrier. The battery version of the proven Probst classic (with 230 V alternating current or petrol engine) is in no way inferior in terms of performance. The powerful and rechargeable battery withstands the heavy loads and allows operation for up to six hours.
Environmentally friendly and user-friendly
The trend towards more powerful rechargeable battery technology is picking up speed more and more, especially in the Galabau region. The reasons for this are obvious. Especially within the urban environment, in the inner cities, near schools, preschools and hospitals, but also within underground car parks, where ever stricter pollutant and noise emission limits apply. Here, Probst's Greenline products protect people and the environment from air and noise pollution.
The maintenance effort for the electric motors is zero. Thus unpleasant follow-up costs are avoided with the Greenline machines.
The Greenline innovations will be presented for the first time at bauma at the Probst stand no. FS.1307. The jury of the bauma Innovation Award was already very impressed during the run-up to the fair. After two selection rounds, the Greenline installation concept has been selected as a finalist for the bauma Innovation Award.
