We are very pleased to introduce you to the HVZ-PAVERTRON, a real innovation in the field of paver laying technology: the world's first electro-hydraulic installation clamp for excavators from 2.5 tons. Our HVZ-PAVERTRON was developed to significantly accelerate the laying process while ensuring maximum precision. Thanks to the intelligent control system, a complete clamp cycle takes just 4.5 seconds. This means that up to 700 square meters of paved surface can be laid per day under optimal conditions – a significant advance for greater efficiency in daily construction site operations.

Innovative control system with ten programs
Our electro-hydraulic control system ensures high speed and precision. The electronic control system provides the “intelligence” of the system, while the drive remains hydraulic. Ten programs are available to choose from, covering a wide range of requirements to meet any challenge. The program selection is made directly on the clamp via the intuitive color display or conveniently from the excavator cab using the optional remote control.
The standard program describes the standard sequence of a full laying cycle. With this and the mechanical booster function, we reduce the complete sequence of the clamp to just 4.5 seconds. Another highlight is our patented calibration program. It adapts the clamp to the respective carrier device – for the maximum possible clamp speed and smooth switching of movements.


A focus on robustness and safety
On the construction site, sturdiness and safety are what count – and we place the greatest value on these. The optimized design of our HVZ-PAVERTRON saves weight without sacrificing stability. The integrated overload protection protects the clamp from damage that could result from excessive pressure, for example. This ensures a long service life for the HVZ-PAVERTRON even under the toughest construction site conditions.
For maximum safety in use, an indicator light shows the various conditions of the clamp. This way, the driver knows immediately whether the block layer has been securely gripped. Foldable handles make it easier to position the clamp in tight spaces, such as against house walls.


Adapters for every challenge
Our HVZ-PAVERTRON is a real all-rounder for the mechanical laying of a wide variety of stone formations using an excavator. We offer a wide range of adapters for additional applications. All adapters can be retrofitted to the half-round steel of our HVZ-PAVERTRON's secondary tensioning, thus ensuring maximum efficiency on the construction site.
