“The mission of Probst is to make hard work on the construction site easier. We have successfully implemented this with the SM-1200,” says Probst CEO Eric Wilhelm.
This handy and powerful Vacuum Lifting Device is independent of the power supply and was developed specifically for use on construction sites. It is an optimized version of the well-established Probst SM-600 for the installation of suction-tight stone slabs, concrete elements, steps, clay pipes and other heavy materials.
The robust construction and the possibility to connect the SM-1200 to any lifting device make the Probst SM-1200 extremely versatile. Depending on the requirements, specially designed suction plates are available. These can be attached to the device quickly and easily using a quick-change interface.
The modular and clear layout of all components makes service, repair and upgrading of the device considerably easier. Two powerful LED flash lights visually indicate the operating status and warnings. Additional features such as the externally inspectable suction filter and the externally operated slide valve ensure a high level of user comfort. The automatic, mechanical locking of the suction plates by gravity significantly increases safety during use.
“With these comprehensive features, the STONEMAGNET SM-1200 from Probst will be an indispensable tool on every construction site,” confirms Holger Merholz, responsible for sales at Probst GmbH. ”In September, we will be presenting the SM-1200 to industry professionals for the first time at trade fairs in the USA and Germany. Probst GmbH is thus setting an innovative highlight at the NordBau and GaLaBau trade fairs.”
