Six time zones away, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, five employees of the company APPBIZ SOLUTION closely follow every step on their tablets. Dealer training in the pandemic is different from what we are used to.

The Vietnamese company APPBIZ SOLUTION is the latest member of the Probst dealer network. New dealers normally receive comprehensive product training on site or in one of the Probst foreign branches. For some months now, these have been taking place exclusively virtually.

Azam Khan, Team Lead Export, explains: "We have customers and dealers all over the world. We regularly work via the video function of the Probst Service App to be able to provide quick digital support. We are also experienced in digital training. The APPBIZ SOLUTION employees were highly motivated during the training sessions. Through the intensive virtual exchange over two months, we quickly grew together."

Based on a market analysis, Probst advised us on ordering stock and introduced us to contacts from their network. Now APPBIZ SOLUTION is well prepared."
